There are ticket options to suit all budgets at the British Grand Prix from easy on the wallet and family friendly general admission tickets up to some of the most sought after hospitality experiences in F1.

Grandstand tickets are available in a broad price range and offer the flexibility of a reserved seat and the freedom to move around the circuit. Grandstand seats are only reserved on Sunday so if you have a grandstand ticket for Silverstone you are free to enter any grandstand on Friday and Saturday and general admission areas are there for a change of scenery on any day.

Enclosures are the grandstand / hospitality hybrid at Silverstone making the usual grandstand experience feel that bit more premium. These tickets include access to a covered food and beverage area, parking, better toilet facilities and in some cases access to the inner track.

Silverstone is a great venue for general admission with lots of viewing areas and free entry to under 10’s. Purchase individual tickets for Friday, Saturday or Sunday or get more value with a 3 day Friday to Sunday ticket.

You can upgrade to General Admission Plus and get a reserved space for Sunday on one of the viewing terraces in prime locations. GA Plus ticket holder also get the option to try any of the other GA Plus areas on Friday and Saturday.

It’s no longer possible for either general admission or general admission plus ticket holders to enter grandstands on Friday and Saturday. However, there is a Roving Grandstand ticket which lets holders do just this. The ticket, which also grants access to general admission areas is available to buy for Friday and Saturday individually.

Where can I buy British Grand Prix tickets?

Tickets are available from the official Silverstone website and ticket retailers such as those listed on this page.

Are seats in grandstands reserved?

All grandstand tickets include a reserved seat number for the day of the race but not Friday and Saturday.

Are single day tickets available?

Sunday only tickets are available for all grandstands. General admission has the option to buy tickets for any of the 3 days individually.

Are multi day tickets available?

Yes. At Silverstone all grandstand tickets have the option to attend Friday through Sunday. General admission ticket holders can save money by buying a 3 day pass.

Are multi grandstand tickets available?

No. There aren’t any tickets for a reserved seat in multiple grandstands over the weekend, but in practice you can enjoy multiple grandstands on free to roam days (see below).

Is there a free to roam day at the British Grand Prix?

Yes. Both Friday and Saturday give fans the opportunity to sample other grandstands. This applies to anyone with a valid 3 day grandstand ticket on Friday and Saturday and the Roving Grandstand ticket. General admission ticket holders cannot enter grandstands at Silverstone.

What group/family tickets available?

There are no family or group packages on sale, however there are discounted tickets for children.

Are there discounted tickets for children?

Yes. There are children’s tickets available for anyone 2 – 15 years, with an adult, in some grandstands.

For general admission and roving grandstand tickets children under 11 have free access with an adult ticket holder, however they will still require a ticket (free).

One adult can accompany a maximum of four children. ID for children may be required at the gate.

Do infants require a ticket to enter grandstands?

Yes. Any infants under 2 years old can be brought into a grandstand for free, however a ticket is required (free).

Will there be a free pitwalk at Silverstone?

There may be pitlane walk at Silverstone however the entry to this is normally restricted to only some guests to prevent overcrowding. Information will be released nearer the time of the event.
